CIA paid terrorists, the Mujahedin Khalq Organization (MEK/MKO or MEK) trained by the CIA, started fires, planted bombs, attacked people inciting terror and forcing the government to react. These thugs, dressed as ayatollah Rafsanjani’s supporters would attack ayatollah Khamenei’s supporters, and vice versa, inciting real clashes.
The U.S. has officially listed the MEK, a Marxist gang that supported the takeover of the American embassy in Tehran, as a terrorist organization since 1997, because of the dirty work it did for Saddam Hussein’s regime in Iraq. Nevertheless the Neocons—including Fox News—have a perverted love affair with these terrorists. Even though MEK has attacked Americans, Fox News has employed a former spokesperson for MEK’s political wing as its Iranian affairs analyst on the network. Fox admits Alireza Jafarzadeh worked for the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), but ignores that NCRI is a front for the MEK. Jafarzadeh uses Fox to make propaganda for MEK.
The Neocons want to replace the government with MEK. These advocates of “democracy” don’t care that MEK is hated inside Iran.

Henry Kissinger (who infamously said, “Military men are just dumb stupid animals to be used as pawns in foreign policy.”) told BBC news that no matter who won the election there must be “regime change.”
So if the “green” revolution fails—he wants an invasion of Iran. He could care less how many more “dumb stupid animals” he and his fellow Bilderbergers send to their deaths.
This echoes what Bush administration Neocon warmonger John Bolton told the (London) Telegraph (May 16, 2007) that a U.S. military attack on Iran would “be a ‘last option’ after economic sanctions and attempts to foment a popular revolution had failed.”
Even before Bush invaded Iraq—while Iran was helping US capture terrorists—the CIA was

developing a Secret Plan to instigate political dissent in Iran
President Bush gave the CIA the green light to promote dissent in Iran, even while he was ordering the U.S. military to prepare a strategy to invade Iraq. The CIA told President Bush it was ready to mount a sustained covert and overt propaganda campaign to overthrow the Iranian government.
Covertly, the CIA will try to recruit Iranians inside and outside the country to
give their voices to criticism of the regime. —-
